Full Service Package Includes
- Provide a checklist timeline from 12 months out.
- Assist in choosing a cannabis friendly wedding venue
- 2 pre wedding cannabis consultations with 2 consultants for up to 2 hours
- Attendance with the bride and groom to dispensary for cannabis purchases
- Assisting with choosing the right Cannabis strains and other Cannabis products
- Complete budget management including Cannabis budgett
- Design cannabis wedding concepts, and/or themes and décor. We can incorporate Cannabis as much or as little you want to.
- Book Cannabis friendly vendors such as but not limited to: florist, officiant, photographer, caterer, rental company, hair stylist etc.
- Vendor Management.
- Attendance to the floral design and venue/catering meetings, plus any additional key meetings.
- Finalize agreements and act as a liaison between vendors and dispensaries
- Help secure Cannabis friendly accommodations for out of town guests.
- Assist with a bud bar flow, design and execution
- Assist with putting together wedding weekend itinerary and maps.
- Help with locating, timing & contracting 420 friendly transportation for you, your wedding party and/or guests.
- Consultation meetings throughout planning process.
- Choreograph the ceremony in advance as well as reception structure.
- Prepare a comprehensive timeline of the wedding day.
- Be the liaison between vendors, as well as family if necessary.
- Confirm all vendors.
- Orchestrate the rehearsal, ceremony and reception the week of the wedding.
- Consultant on site from pre ceremony through reception (up to 10 hours).
- Assistant consultant on site for approximately 5 hours.
- Full wedding day coordination (which includes all items provided in the “Day Of” Package – see this page for more details).
