  1. What is a cannabis pairing?

    A cannabis pairing is when terpene profiles of cannabis matches with flavor profiles of food. The combination offers harmonization and enhancement of the food profiles through the smoking of Cannabis.

  2. Are cannabis pairing dinners the same as a cannabis infused dinner?

    No. This is not a cannabis infused dinner, so there are no edibles or food created with cannabis. Our gourmet food is meant to pair with cannabis that is smoked.

    The legal age in the State of Colorado for recreational use of Cannabis is21. We do not allow anyone under the age of twenty one to partake in any Cultivating Spirits Experience

  5. Does Cultivating Spirits provide Cannabis?

    Cultivating Spirits does not provide you with Cannabis, but an integral part of some of our experiences is a stop at one of the best dispensaries in Colorado, High Country Healing. At that time you can purchase Recreational Marijuana up to the Colorado State legal amount.

  6. Can I bring my own Cannabis on my Experience?

    Yes, you may bring up to the Colorado State legal amount. You may only consume Cannabis during your experience, at a legal space defined by Colorado State law. Your guide will tell you when and where it is appropriate to consume.

  7. What is the legal amount of Cannabis an out-of-state visitor can purchase?

    Per Colorado State Laws, an individual can purchase at one transaction time no more than 7 grams.

  8. How can we get to the tour experience?

    We offer shuttle transportation for extra charge. We do require a signed ‘NO CONSUMPTION’ waiver for anyone driving themselves.

  9. What is the refund policy if I decide to cancel my tour?

    In order to obtain a full refund of payment, you must cancel the reservation 31 days or more (Unless there’s a very special documented circumstance) before the scheduled experience date. There are no partial refunds for cancellations made within the 30 days prior to the scheduled experience.

  10. What if there is inclement weather?

    If the weather does not allow us to operate a tour or event we will reschedule.

  11. Can we bring alcohol?

    We do not allow any hard alcohol during any of the Cultivating Spirits experiences.

  12. Can we bring beer or wine?

    You are more than welcome to bring a small amount of wine or beer to our experiences. We will also provide a scheduled stop to purchase wine or beer, during certain experiences.

  13. Do we have to tip our tour guide?

    Tipping is not mandatory, but most often our visitors enjoy the experience and time with the guide so much, that they will.

    For an extra cost of $35 we can bring you to a place of residence in Summit County, Colorado.

    You can do either option, sign up for a date that works for you and get paired with other people that signed up for the same date, or produce a full group and have a private experience.

    You do have to partake in all of the experiences with the group.

    The farther in advance the better. These experiences do fill up fast and once they are sold out they are sold out.

Standard Terms and Conditions (Cannabis Tour Terms)

By checking the box entitled “Terms and Conditions”, the individual (“Customer”) purchasing the services from cultivatingspirits.com hereby agrees to and represents and warrants the following to Cultivating Spirits LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (hereinafter “Company”):

  1. Customer is at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
  2. Customer understands that the purchase and/or consumption of cannabis is prohibited by Federal Law and Customer assumes all risks associated therewith;
  3. The payments made by Customer to the Company are nonrefundable unless Customer provides at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice of cancellation;
  4. Customer is authorized to charge the debit card or credit card used to purchase the services from Company and Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless from any and all costs, damages, expenses, including attorney fees incurred as a result of Customer’s use of such payment method;
  5. Customer understands that the services and/or planned activities provided by Company are subject to change without prior notice to Customer;
  6. Included in the services provided by the Company is a tour wherein Customer and other individuals are permitted to consume cannabis in the vehicle transporting the Customer (the “Tour”). The consumption of cannabis, liquor, beer and/or wine in the vehicle is permitted only if there is a partition physically separating Customer from the driver of the vehicle. Customer warrants that Customer will not violate any laws with respect to the purchase of cannabis or alcohol on the Tour;
  7. Customer will not sign up or bring any other individual on the Tour who is not at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
  8. Customer will assist Company in obtaining the written informed consent of all other guests which will accompany Customer on the Tour, in a format acceptable to Company;
  9. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any accident, injury, theft, loss or damage whatsoever sustained by Customer, which may occur in conjunction with any activity or service on the Tour. Customer hereby waives any and all claims which Customer, Customer’s heirs, successors, assigns, spouse, family members or legal representatives may have against the Company arising from or as a result of any such accident, injury, theft, loss or damage;
  10. The Tour involves potentially dangerous activities and the consumption of cannabis and/or alcoholic beverages. Customer assumes the risks associated with the services provided and cannabis and alcohol consumption and takes full responsibility for his/her own actions and safety and the safety and welfare of others;
  11. Customer will not transport or carry any liquor on the Tour. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer is permitted to bring and/or purchase alcoholic beverages during the Tour;
  12. The Company reserves the right to seize any cannabis or alcoholic beverages from Customer if Company believes, in Company’s sole and absolute discretion, that Customer is being unsafe or unruly;
  13. Customer represents and warrants to the Company that Customer is not under the influence of any substance which would alter Customer’s ability to make informed decisions at the time of purchasing the services and/or Tour and making these representations and warranties;
  14. These terms, conditions, representations and warranties shall be binding on Customer’s agents, heirs, successors and assigns, and shall apply to all sponsors, officials, members, managers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, independent contractors, vendors, business partners or any other individuals or entities associated with the Company in any way; and
  15. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms, conditions, representations and warranties or the rights and obligations of Customer in connection with a Tour or any services provided by the Company shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado.

Ticket Purchase

NON-REFUNDABLE, CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled as your space is being guaranteed at the event. Please ensure all details are correct before you confirm your purchase.

ACTIVITY TAKES PLACE RAIN OR SHINE

The activity runs regardless of weather conditions. In the rare situation where the seller is forced to cancel the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability).

TICKETS ONLY VALID FOR SELECTED EVENT. CASH PAYMENTS AND WALK UP TRAFFIC ARE NOT ACCEPTED

When purchasing tickets, review all booking details carefully as tickets cannot be exchanged for another event, date and/or time. All participants must purchase a full-priced ticket in advance, even if they do not wish to participate in food tastings.

I HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, FULLY UNDERSTAND THEM AND HAVE MADE THESE REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES FREELY WTHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR ASSURANCE OF ANY NATURE AND THE COMPANY MAY RELY UPON THE REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES MADE BY ME HEREIN TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.  IF ANY PORTION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE TO BE HELD INVALID, THE BALANCE, NOTWITHSTANDING, SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.  I HEREBY MAKE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THE FOREGOING REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES TO THE COMPANY.
