Colorado voted to legalize recreational marijuana in 2012, and became the first U.S. state to start selling it in January of 2014. The industry is booming, bringing in more than $30 million a month in the second half of the year. New pot entrepreneurs are cashing in on the green rush and catering to high-end consumers. But who’s being left on the margins?
